This is a Core Kick class for dancers in Kindergarten and 1st Grade. Core Kick is the basis of our program. These classes meet 45 minutes per week. The primary focus of this class will be precision kick style, with an emphasis on large motor skills, listening skills, and teamwork. Dancers will also be introduced to the basics of ballet, movement, and stretching. No prerequisite - any kindergarten or 1st grade dancer is eligible for this class.

Head InstructorCoach Ally danced with Just For Kix in Hankinson, ND, for 13 years, performing in High Kick and Hip Hop. She assists with the PreK-1st grade classes and attends college at U-Mary. Her favorite part of coaching is being a mentor to younger dancers and encouraging them through every step like an older sister. Ally's fun energy is perfect for working with our younger dancers, and we are excited to welcome her to the Bismarck North JFK program!
