By creating an account on Just For Kix, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are registering dancers who are minors, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information about yourself and your dancers.

3. Class Registration and Payment

  • Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Payment is required at the time of registration unless otherwise specified by the dance studio.
  • Cancellation and refund policies are set by individual dance studios and providers.

4. Dance Studio Providers

Just For Kix serves as a platform connecting families with dance studios. Individual studios are responsible for the quality and safety of their classes. We encourage you to review studio information and contact them directly with questions.

5. Limitation of Liability

Just For Kix provides the platform for class discovery and registration. We are not liable for injuries, scheduling changes, or other issues that may arise during participation in dance classes.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
