Meet Director Isabelle Sieve – Leading with Heart and Passion Isabelle Sieve is thrilled to be stepping into her second year as Director of the Delano Just For Kix program, where she brings unmatched enthusiasm, creativity, and care to every dancer she works with. A proud Twin Cities native, Isabelle’s journey in the performing arts began early — with a childhood filled with dance, cheerleading, and gymnastics. These experiences shaped her into a dynamic and versatile performer, and now, an inspiring leader. Her love for choreography is evident in every routine she teaches, blending artistry with energy to light up the stage. Isabelle’s teaching style is all about creating a joyful, inclusive, and empowering environment. She believes that dance is not just about perfecting technique — it’s about building confidence, celebrating individuality, and growing together as a team. Her classes are filled with laughter, learning, and lots of encouragement, making them a place where dancers of all ages and levels feel seen, supported, and challenged. Watching her dancers evolve throughout the season — from shy first steps to bold performances — is what fuels Isabelle’s passion. She’s committed to helping each dancer discover their unique spark and shine both on and off the stage. As an established youth dance studio, Just For Kix is a leader in dance instruction. We offer proven technical training, a focus on teamwork and a respectful experience to our students. With a strong balance of fun and technique in our classes, we create a teaching environment that is low stress and less pressure. Styles vary from location to location offering everything from: Kick • Jazz • Lyrical • Hip Hop • Ballet • Tap • Pom.
As dancers progress through our studio, they experience the health and fitness benefits of working to build cardiovascular endurance, strength and flexibility, along with the core attributes of confidence, pride and friendship.
