This 30-minute acro and tumbling class focuses on building strength, flexibility, and coordination through safe, age-appropriate progressions. Dancers will work on foundational acro skills such as rolls, balances, bridges, and basic tumbling while developing body control and confidence. Emphasis is placed on proper technique, safety, and alignment, making this class a fun and supportive way to introduce or strengthen acro skills that complement dance training.
