Core Jazz class for dancers in 10th-12th grade. Class focus will be flexibility, technique, and choreography. Dancer must be enrolled in Kick in order to register for this class. Class will compete at up to 4 JFK competitions.

TaKeyah Dominique
Head InstructorTaKeyah started dancing at age 11. She danced with Richfield/Bloomington Just For Kix for two years and went on to dance with the Holy Angels Starliners. She graduated from St. Olaf College in 2013 where she studied Sociology and graduated from Concordia University St. Paul in 2018 with her MBA. TaKeyah joined the Richfield/Bloomington JFK staff in the fall of 2013. Her favorite part of being a coach is seeing dancers grow and develop over the years in both their dance skills and as strong, confident young people. In her free time, TaKeyah loves biking, traveling, trying new foods and restaurants, and spending time with family and friends. TaKeyah lives in Plymouth with her husband, Matt and daughter, Somer.
