Rocori - MN Just For Kix Director Amy Gunderson is at the top of her game teaching dance classes in Rocori - MN to children, which creates confidence, dance technique, friendship and a whole lot of fun!
Amy is entering her 29th year as a Just For Kix Director, bringing a lifelong passion for dance to every class she leads. Her journey began as a student in Just For Kix classes in Brainerd from 5th through 9th grade, followed by three years as a proud Brainerd “Kixter” in high school. During that time, her team earned a 1st place finish at State her sophomore year and 3rd place finishes in her junior and senior years. In 2005, Amy was honored with the Just For Kix Director of the Year award, a testament to her dedication and leadership. She currently directs the Foley, Little Falls, and ROCORI Just For Kix programs, while also working part-time as a Program Coordinator for Sauk Rapids-Rice Community Education. Amy lives in Sauk Rapids with her husband of 24 years, Eric. They have two children: Ella, a senior at the College of St. Benedict and a JFK instructor in Foley and ROCORI, and Will, a sophomore at Winona State University. Amy is excited to welcome your child into the Just For Kix family and share her love of dance with them!
As an established youth dance studio, Just For Kix is a leader in dance instruction. We offer proven technical training, a focus on teamwork and a respectful experience to our students. With a strong balance of fun and technique in our classes, we create a teaching environment that is low stress and less pressure. Styles vary from location to location offering everything from: Kick • Jazz • Lyrical • Hip Hop • Ballet • Tap • Pom.

Sommer is 16 years old, and currently a Junior at ROCORI High School. She lives in Cold Spring, MN with her mom, dad and has an older sister Samantha. Her favorite color is yellow and shes been dancing for 12 years. Just for Kix for 10 years, and then as a Rockette on the ROCORI dance team. Sommer enjoys hiking, kayaking, being outdoors, and spending time with her family. She looks forward to furthering her dancing career as an assistant coach at Just for Kix!
My name is Amanda, I’m 27 and have 2 kids! I am currently working full time teaching toddlers at a daycare where I discovered my passion for teaching. I pursued dance from 4 years old to my senior year in high school. This will be my second year teaching dance and I am so excited!
I’m Clare and this will be my second year teaching at Just for Kix! Currently, I am a senior at Rocori High School. I have been dancing for 16 years! I started dancing at Rocori JFK for 11 years, and now have been dancing on the high school varsity team for 5 years. I have 2 all-conference awards for high kick and jazz! I can’t wait to share my passion with your dancers and continue coaching with Rocori Just For Kix!
Hi! My name is Savanna Guggenberger! I am currently a Junior at Rocori High School! I have been dancing for 12 years, 10 in which were Rocori JFK, and 2 on the Rocori Dance Team! I have experience in Kick, Jazz, Hip-Hop, and ballet! This is my second year coaching, and I look forward to making new connections while sharing my love for dance!
