Springfield - MN Just For Kix Director Brooke Mielke is at the top of her game teaching dance classes in Springfield - MN to children, which creates confidence, dance technique, friendship and a whole lot of fun!
Dance has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve been involved with Just For Kix since the age of 9, when the program first launched in New Ulm. My passion for dance only deepened when I became an instructor in 2005, and later, a Director in 2013. I am currently proud to serve as the Director for both the Nicollet and Springfield programs. It is truly a privilege to share my love for dance with so many incredible dancers each season. In 2019, I was honored to receive the Developing Director of the Year award. Most recently, the Springfield program was recognized for having the Largest Full Season Class Growth by Percent during the 2023–2024 season—an achievement that reflects the dedication of our dancers, families, and staff. Outside of dance, I enjoy spending quality time with my family. My husband, Dan, and I are the proud parents of two wonderful children—Addisyn (11) and Bennett (4). Our family also includes two beloved dogs, Cooper and Bella. In my free time, I enjoy fishing, shopping, crafting, and baking. We would love for you to join our Just For Kix family. As an established youth dance studio, Just For Kix is a leader in dance instruction. We offer proven technical training, a focus on teamwork and a respectful experience to our students. With a strong balance of fun and technique in our classes, we create a teaching environment that is low stress and less pressure. Styles vary from location to location offering everything from: Kick • Jazz • Lyrical • Hip Hop • Ballet • Tap • Pom.
As dancers progress through our studio, they experience the health and fitness benefits of working to build cardiovascular endurance, strength and flexibility, along with the core attributes of confidence, pride and friendship. I'm Coach Bryn and this is my second year coaching dance! I am in 9th grade and this is my 6th year of dance! When I was in 4th grade, I joined dance after going to a buddy night! I just couldn't wait to start dance! I have a younger brother and sister. My sister is also in dance just like me! Outside of dance, I like to read, draw, go camping, and spend time with my family. I did tennis for the first time this year and it will be my 3rd year of speech. I am so excited to be coaching again this year, I can't wait!
Hi, I’m Coach Madison! This is my 5th year coaching with Springfield JFK. I have so much fun coaching and can’t wait to see what this dance season has in store for us! My favorite part of the dance season is coaching and dancing at the shows. Everyone works so hard, so it’s fun when we get to perform in front of a crowd. Dancing is one of my favorite activities to do. I also enjoy singing, camping, shopping and being with my family and friends. It’s going to be a great year!
Hi everyone! I’m Coach Angel! This is my 14th year dancing with Just For Kix and 3rd year coaching. I do Hip Hop, Kick, Pom, Lyrical, and Jazz. Outside of dancing I like to read books, do nails, and hangout with family. I am so excited to have this opportunity to coach yet again. I can’t wait to see everyone! This will be a great season!
I will be starting my 14th year with Just For Kix. I enjoy bike rides and spending time with my family. I am excited to coach this year, see my dance friends again, and for the dance competitions!
Hi Im coach Delaney! This will be my 2nd year coaching and 10 year in Springfield JFK! Dance is definitely a huge passion of mine! I have danced in Kix, Jazz/Lyrical, HipHop and Pom! My favorite style is HipHop! In my free time I love spending time with family and friends! I also enjoy Tennis and am a part of the River Valley Wildcats! I am participating in the community play, yearbook community, student council and chamber choir! Im very excited and grateful for this opportunity! I can't wait to share my love of dancing with you!
Hi! I’m Coach Emma! This is my 15th year as a dancer and my 2nd year coaching! I have 4 sisters, Kelsey, Grace, Lily, and Jozie, and 1 brother, Kolten. My oldest sister is pregnant with a baby boy and we are so excited to welcome him into our family in late October. I am a senior at Springfield High School. I have 2 other side jobs, a boutique, and a daycare! Outside of school or dance you can still find me randomly dancing, working, singing, shopping, hanging out with my sisters or sometimes even sleeping! I have many great memories of being a coach and a dancer, and I am so excited to continue to make them this year! I am a down to earth person, not shy, and I care about everyone’s feelings more than anything. I am excited to spend this year with all of the dancers. I have dreaded this season to start because I never want it to end! It is my last year in Springfield and I want to make the most of it! My biggest hope is that all of these dancers know how incredibly loved how deeply cared for they are.
Hi, I’m Coach Gabby! I first started dancing at the age of 3, and I was a JFK dancer for 14 years. I have been a coach at Springfield JFK for 3 years, and I am so excited to be back for another fantastic season! I graduated from Springfield High School in 2024, and I am now pursuing an English Education degree at Southwest Minnesota State University. At home, I live with my parents and 2 brothers (one is in dance!). When I’m not dancing, I love to spend time with friends and family, travel, shop, and be with my two cats, Oliver and Chester. I am so excited to see all of the dancers again and have lots of fun at practices, shows, and competitions! I cannot wait to see what this dance season will bring!
