Summer Acro class for dancers that are brand new to Acro and learning to add this into their dancing. In this class, students perform conditioning exercises to prepare them for increased difficulty. It teaches flexibility, balance, strength, and coordination. Acro skills are for those dancers that are working on cartwheels, hand stands, head stands, strength for walkovers ect. This class will cover the beginner elements of of Acro/tumbling: forward rolls, pre-cartwheel, pre-bridge, beginning handstand drills and other general basic starting Acro drills. Great summer option for those dancers that are new to tumbling/tricks and/or haven't done Acro before, or are learning to strenthen those skills for the next level.
