There are no auditions or tryouts to be in this class. Dancers must also take a technique class to be able to take Mini Jazz. This is a Jazz class for dancers in 4th-6th grade. The focus of the class is jazz technique and choreography.

Head InstructorJoJo's love of dance started when she was 3 years old when she started dancing at the Just For Kix - White Bear Lake dance program. During high school, she was part of the North St Paul dance team and was captain for 3 years. She attended the College of St. Benedict, majoring in elementary education, where she danced with the club dance team. Jojo has extensive experience in kick, jazz, pom, hip hop, lyrical, and ballet. She enjoys working with young dancers and spreading the love of dance to everyone!
