Ballet technique for dancers ages 2nd grade and up. During Ballet Fundamentals, we will focus on foot and ankle strength, ballet etiquette, ballet barre, and across the floor exercises. This class is strongly recommended for young dancers interested in eventually dancing en pointe. Ballet attire and a TheraBand is required for this class. This is a non performance class. **We recommend this class for dancers from our Firecrackers, Shining Stars, and Starlite level placement teams.**
